A portion of Tamarac’s federally designated Opportunity Zone lies within the vibrant Four Corners Shopping District Redevelopment Area. A key retail destination and gateway to the city.

According to the 2014 Commercial Arterial Redevelopment Study, Four Corners showed strong market demand for expanded commercial development. Since then, the area has experienced a surge in residential growth, with hundreds of new housing units built, creating a powerful, untapped opportunity for retail, dining, and mixed-use investment.
