This project consists of the design, permitting and construction of the Citywide Buffer Wall Prestige Commons Nob Hill Road & Southgate Boulevard Project, which includes approximately 1,320 linear feet of a precast system buffer wall, together with associated landscaping and irrigation improvements. Proposed work will include a buffer wall on the east side of Nob Hill Road, between NW 81st Street and Southgate Boulevard, which will include additional wall segments east of Nob Hill Road along Southgate Boulevard (South side) and NW 81st Street (North side). The design elements for this task include concrete foundations, utility relocations, concrete columns, and precast wall panels, together with associated minor landscaping improvements.
