This design/build project includes the development of an approximately eight (8) acre lot, located at Sabal Palm Avenue, Tamarac, FL. 33321. The proposed work shall include a 1200 SF restroom facility with concession area, two (2) large picnic shelters, 6000 SF covered playground, multipurpose trail path, 2500 SF splash pad, one (1) central covered fitness station, a multi-purpose field, multi-purpose bleachers, a basketball/pickleball court, a dog park, on-site parking, irrigation and landscape improvements, video surveillance and security system, and fiber network infrastructure.
