A Public Hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Tamarac at City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Ave., on April 10, 2024, at 7 p.m., to consider an ordinance to create Woodlands Section 9 Community Development District (CDD). The proposed CDD is bounded east of NW 64 Avenue, north of NW 44 Avenue, west of Rock Island Road and south of West Commercial Boulevard, in the City of Tamarac, Florida, as shown on the map below.
