On October 22, 2025, the City Commission adopted the City of Tamarac Development
Impact Fee Schedule consistent with House Bill 479 and section 163.31801, Florida Statutes. The new fee schedule will take effect on January 20, 2026, following the required 90-day notice period.
The City’s 25 percent rate increase for Parks and Recreation, General Government, and Multi-Modal Transportation impact fees will be phased in over two equal annual increments across a two-year period, as shown in the rate schedules below.
