Integrating WhatsApp into Tamarac’s contact center reflects our commitment to modernizing communications, improving service delivery, and offering flexible options tailored to residents’ preferences. This upgrade also enhances internal workflow efficiency, allowing staff to manage WhatsApp inquiries seamlessly alongside phone calls, emails, web chat, SMS, and other supported channels.
