Report a Concern with SeeClickFix
The City of Tamarac invites you to help make our community cleaner, safer, and more vibrant through SeeClickFix—a simple, digital tool that empowers residents to compliment, suggest, and report issues directly to the City.

With just a few clicks on your smartphone or computer, you can notify staff about potholes, missing signs, trash issues, or other quality-of-life matters. Add photos, pinpoint locations, and receive real-time updates as your request is addressed.

Here’s how to get started:

• Download the App
  Search “SeeClickFix” in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or use the links on Tamarac.gov/MobileApp 

• Launch the App or Web Portal
  The app will automatically detect your Tamarac location or let you search for it

• Create an Account
  Register with your email and password to begin submitting requests

To submit a concern or suggestion:

1. Open the app or portal and select New Request

2. Snap a photo of the issue (optional)

3. Select the location on the map

4. Choose the issue category

5. Add a description and answer any related prompts

6. Click Submit

You'll receive email notifications with updates. Tamarac staff will review and respond promptly, ensuring you’re informed every step of the way.
