Senior Program Updates for Thursdays starting March 19th
Starting, Thursday March 19th an additional Pilates class will be held every Thursday at 10:30am and 20/20/20 will move to 11:45am and Pickleball will be start at a new time 1:15pm on Thursdays

Mental Health Workshop Series
Mental Health workshops at 10am on select Tuesdays, topics include: Understanding Loneliness & Emotional Well-Being, Social Isolation, Coping Strategies and Building Meaningful Connections. Snacks will be provided. You don't want to miss this.

Upcoming programs
Three special programs coming up for March 2026.
Bingo Bash will be held on Friday, March 13th at 10am.
Coffee with the Supervisor will be held on Wednesday, March 25th at 10am.
Donuts with Dudes will be held on Monday, March 30th from 10:30 - 11:30am
