The City of Tamarac is proud to be a member of the Government AI Coalition (GovAI Coalition)—a national alliance of public agencies working together to advance ethical, transparent, and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in government.

About the Coalition

Led by the City of San José, California, the GovAI Coalition is composed of local, state, and federal agencies united in a shared mission to ensure AI is developed and deployed in ways that serve the public good while safeguarding community trust and democratic values.

As AI tools become more prominent in the public sector, the Coalition supports agencies in using these technologies thoughtfully, transparently, and equitably. The Coalition provides a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the development of shared governance tools that help agencies adopt AI solutions responsibly.
