All permits issued under the provisions of this article shall be valid for no more than one (1) year, and all permits shall expire on September thirty (30) of each year, regardless of when issued. The annual fee shall be the same regardless of when the application is submitted. Renewal and applicable late renewal fees shall be established by resolution of the city commission.
