The City of Tamarac invites members of the public to join City officials and staff for a series of Neighborhood District Meeting community input sessions.
The City-wide series is designed for community members to learn more about current City projects and the vision of Tamarac.
The four-part initiative will kick off with the Neighborhood District 2 Meeting hosted by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and Vice Mayor Morey Wright, on Wednesday, May 1, at 6:30 p.m., at the Tamarac Community Center, 8601 W. Commercial Blvd.
On Monday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m., residents, neighbors and members of the community can attend the Neighborhood District 3 Meeting led by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 3 Commissioner Elvin Villalobos, held at the Palace Theatre at Kings Point, 7620 N. Nob Hill Road.
The City-wide initiative continues with the Neighborhood District 1 Meeting presented by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 1 Commissioner Marlon D. Bolton. The program begins at 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, May 22, at the Mainlands I & II Civic Association, 4301 Mainland Drive.
The Neighborhood District 4 Meeting, hosted by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 4 Commissioner Kicia Daniel, will conclude the series on Thursday, May 30, at 6:30 p.m., at the Colony West Golf Club, 6850 NW 88th Ave.
