Tamarac, Fla. (April 22, 2025) – The City of Tamarac invites members of the public to join City officials and staff for a series of Neighborhood District Meeting community input sessions.
The City-wide series is designed for community members to learn more about current City projects and the vision of Tamarac.
The four-part initiative will kick off with the Neighborhood District 2 Meeting hosted by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 2 Commissioner Morey Wright, on Wednesday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m., at the Tamarac Community Center, 8601 E. Commercial Blvd.
On Monday, May 12, at 6:30 p.m., residents, neighbors and members of the community can attend the Neighborhood District 1 Meeting led by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 1 Commissioner Marlon D. Bolton, held at Mainlands 1 & 2 Clubhouse, 4301 Mainland Drive.
The City-wide initiative continues with the Neighborhood District 3 Meeting presented by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and District 3 Commissioner Krystal Patterson on Wednesday, May 21. The program begins at 6:30 p.m., at the Woodmont Country Club, 7801 NW 80th Ave.
The Neighborhood District 4 Meeting, hosted by Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and Vice Mayor Kicia Daniel, will conclude the series on Thursday, May 22, at 6:30 p.m., at the Colony West Golf Club, 6850 NW 88th Ave.
